Bedford Runners – Group Run

Group run for all skill levels. Anyone and everyone is welcome.
We will meet up at Indian Creek Park and start the run at 7:00am. Show up early to stretch and warm up.
Run your pace and time or stick with the group and get to know your fellow runners.
