This is all about getting out there! Get moving. We are all so used to sitting. Sitting at work, sitting in the car, sitting down consuming media (like you might be doing right now hahaha). So here’s the deal. We can all be better as individuals, but when we are able to help others when they are struggling that unlocks something special in ourselves and others.
