If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be issued via PayPal and will reflect the entire purchase price. When you return your purchase, the condition must not be deteriorated and carry the original packaging.
This policy applies to tangible goods. If you have purchased a ticket/entry into one of our events and are requesting refund prior to event date, these are handled on a per event basis. For order cancelling prior to shipment, because we utilize 3rd party print agencies, we will make every attempt to cancel the order. However due to the nature of our printing partners if the order has already been processed the purchaser will have to wait until delivery to start the refund and return policy.
When returning products the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs, and refund will not be issued until the product(s) are received by Endurance Athletics.
